		<description>At last, proper design with proper stitches not yarn like rope and needles like logs. Nice to see stitch patterns as part of the design. Very classy all of it, thank you for sharing

By the way, I avoid shoulder and wrist pain by constantly changing the craft. Changing from knitting to crochet to embroidery or whatever else I'm doing seems to prevent it. 
And yes, the house is full of on-going projects</description>

		<description>It could well be the area right around the bump where your neck meets your shoulders. (It was with me.) Same symptoms - numb outsides of hands, pain across back of hands. Try a Palmer-educated chiropractor...or some heat therapy. 10 minutes, then rest it for 10 minutes. Might help!</description>
