The Donatella Yarn is discontinued so I was wondering if I might try knitting with Cascade 220 with double strands instead of the Donastella. Do you know of any other yarns I might be able to replace the Gedifra Donatell with? I will need Black because my Pellissmo is a black and white hairy yarn.
Also I was thinking of the vest in Pellismo and Cashmerino in Gedifra for the hairy gray vest in Gedifra Highlights book number 42. I just read someone said the Cashmerino does not hold it’s shape very well. Do you know of a good substitute for the Cashmerino in black? http://yarndex.com/yarn.cfm?yarn_id=2758
